Orders close on the 10th of every month.

Subscribe by the 10th to receive that month's Toby Letter.

Subscriptions placed after the 10th will begin with the following month's Toby Letter.

All letters are carefully packed and dispatched between the 18th and 20th of each month.

🌍 Delivery

We proudly ship Toby Letter Club worldwide from Ireland.

Most members receive their letter within 7 days of dispatch.

International deliveries may occasionally take up to 10 days depending on your local postal service.

💳 Billing

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe.

Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date you first subscribed until you cancel.

For example:

• Subscribe on 5 August → Renew on 5 September
• Subscribe on 18 August → Renew on 18 September

There are no surprise renewal dates.

Toby Letter Club is shipped separately from other Toby Collection products.

If you'd like to order harnesses, collars, leads or other accessories, we recommend placing a separate order.
